29 CFR 1910.107(g)(2): Cleaning. All spraying areas shall be kept as free from the accumulation of deposits of combustible residues as practical, with cleaning conducted daily if necessary: On or about March 22, 2016, the flammable spray coating operation, in the maintenance shop at the east end of the facility, had boxes, equipment, and other items in the area where deposits of combustible residue could easily accumulate. The area is used several times yearly.
