29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(i): The employer did notl ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace is labelled, tagged, or marked with the following information: Identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein; (a) Nabors Completion & Production Services, 9540 E 104th Ave, Henderson, CO 80640: On and before September 10, 2012, the employer did not ensure that the full tote of flammable liquid "Bioclear" with a hazard identification number of 382 was labelled to identify its contents. This condition potentially exposed employees to chemical hazards.
