OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees exposed to caught-in/between and/or crushing hazards. a) 1310 South 24th St. Nashville, TN - On or about 2/7/17, employees walking next to/under and or in close proximity of the SKYJACK Tele Handler when moving pipe were exposed to being run over and or crushed. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement documentation and certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
