29 CFR 1926.502(i)(2): Covers were not capable of supporting, without failure, at least twice the weight of employees, equipment, and materials that may be imposed on the cover at any one time: On or about January 27, 2017 - 18th Floor at 42-31 Union Street, Flushing, NY 11355. Employees glazing windows on 18th floor in which the floor hole cover was worn, water damaged and did not support the weight of materials or employees. WRITTEN ABATEMENT VERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
