29 CFR 1910.107(c)(2): Minimum separation. There shall be no open flame or spark producing equipment in any spraying area nor within 20 feet thereof, unless separated by a partition: On or about March 22, 2016, the flammable spray coating application, in the maintenance shop at the east end of the facility, was near spark producing equipment including, but not limited to a radio and other lighting fixtures. These items were approximately 10 to 14 feet of the operation.
