Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees: On 5/11/06, a worker was observed working on a platform attached to the forks of a rough terrain forklift. The platform was 18' above the ground and no type of fall protection was in use.
