Minn. Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees, ref. ANSI-A92.2-1969: Employees were not protected from fall hazards of approximately 12'-8" from the basket of a Genie Snorkel Lift ( Model 580 D-4WD/Serial Number 580330) with an 80" boom by the use of a personal fall arrest system while placing eave closures at the swimming pool southeast side location.
