29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about October 19, 2023, during the installation of roofing material at a job site located at 7703 Brecksville Rd, Independence Ohio 44131; the employer did not ensure employees working on a roof of a residential home were protected from a fall of approximately 8.6 feet by utilizing a fall protection system. The Regency Roofing Companies Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(13) Duty to have fall protection), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1476468, citation number 02, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on (6/22/2020), with respect to a workplace located at Gulls Cove, Stow Ohio 44224.
