29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17): The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head: (a) Roof - Employees were exposed to fall hazards in that they did not use full body harnesses that distributes the fall arrest forces over at least the thighs, pelvis, waist, chest and shoulder while working on a residential roof of approximately thirty (30) feet, on or about December 16, 2021.
