29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1):Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: a) Maintenance Shop, On or about June 18, 2021, the DeWalt DWE7480 table saw was not equipped with the guard exposing employees to amputation hazards while cutting 3/4" plywood for a box to enclose wires.
