29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) JOB SITE: 1030 Woodcrest Terrace, Creve Coeur, MO 63141, on or about 8/5/2019, the employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provides for frequent and regular inspection of the jobsite, materials, and equipment by a competent person. The employees were exposed to fall hazards: 1. Employees were permitted to be on the sun deck approximately 26 feet above ground level, installing soffits without performing an integrity inspection of the wire ropes guardrails, prior to work commencing.
