29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. (a) All Seasons Remodeling - The employer failed to report an in-patient hospitalization to OSHA within 24 hours. On or about April 26, 2019 an employee was hospitalized after falling down steps while performing work duties. The employer reported the in-patient hospitalization to OSHA on April 29, 2019.
