On or about 10/4/2018 on the metal platforms inside and outside the facility at 7400 Gordon McIntyre Road, Gordon, GA: Employees using the unprotected platforms as a walking and working surface to gain access to the stairways and other work areas of the site were exposed to a fall hazard up to 30 feet or more from ground level. a. Several areas on the metal platforms used by the employees outside the facility were unprotected from a fall hazard. b. Several areas on the metal platforms used by the employees inside the facility were unprotected from a fall hazard.
