29 CFR 1926.652(b)(2): Maximum allowable slopes, and allowable configurations for sloping and benching systems, was not determined in accordance with the conditions and requirements set forth in Appendices A and B to this subpart. a. Ave. C, Camp Shelby - On or about March 13, 2108 a trench excavation for the replacement of 48 inch corrugated metal pipes was not slopped correctly. A top section of the trench that was underneath a roadway collapsed and slid into the trench where an employee was working.
