29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652 (b) or (c). a) 7501 Edmund St., Philadelphia, PA 19136 - The employer did not ensure that employees working in an excavation that was approximately 13 feet 6 inches deep were protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system, thus exposing employees to struck-by and caught-in hazards. This condition was noted on or about July 21, 2017.
