29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A) as required by 29 CFR 1960.8(b): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: (a) Break room; Elkay wall-mounted water cooler was permanently powered through a three to four feet long black extension cord with orange ends. The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard on August 27, 2013, Inspection # 928124, which was affirmed as a final order on September 24, 2013, and the hazard was abated.
