29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2) as required by 1960.8(b): Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly: (a) Reception area; the fire extinguisher mounted on the wall at the front entrance was not visually inspected monthly as evidenced by an annual inspection tag dated 2013. The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Safety Agency, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard on July 10, 2014, Inspection # 979520, which was affirmed as a final order on August 5, 2014, and the hazard was abated.
