(a)Cutting Department, Bobst 1260E sheepfed die cutter - The feeder tray had been modified and the frame was not engineered for aluminum slats. The aluminum slats have caused the guiderollers to wear down causing the feeder tray to jump track and not stay attached to the machine. The feeder trays were designed by the manufacturer for wooden slats. One feasible and acceptable abatement method would be to have the manufacturer to replace the aluminum slats with the original wooden slats.
