29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about 1/14/2015, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet and 6 inches due to lack of fall protection while moving material on the 2nd floor from unit D-5 to unit B-6. PLEASE NOTE: DOCUMENTATION AND CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
