Employee Is Crushed By Foundry Equipment And Is Killed

At 9:30 p.m. on December 15, 2012, an employee was working on a foundry form mac hine. The employee was underneath a "spider" which is supported by a hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic cylinder lost fluid, and allowed the "spider" to fall, which crushed the employee underneath. The employee received fatal crushing tra uma to the torso.
