Investigation Summary
On June 12, 2010, Employee #1, a warehouse worker, was seriously injured when stack of Sony LED television boxes fell and landed on his left leg. Employee #1 was pulling out a stack of Samsung televisions when the left clamp of the lift he was using hit the stack of Sony television boxes piled approximately 15 ft high. Employee #1 got out from the cab of the industrial truck to stabilize the falling load that resulted to his injury. Employee #1 sustained a fractured tibia. Employee #1 was transported to a Hospital where he was treated through surgical procedures.
