Investigation Summary
At 1:00 p.m. on December 29, 2021, an employee was sitting outside a call center waiting for an ambulance to arrive. The employee had called the ambulance and l et another coworker know that she had a hard time breathing. A coworker witness ed her complications and alerted management inside the facility. The employee di ed later that day. The fatality was not job-related.
