Investigation Summary
An employee was working as a dietary aide at a nursing care or skilled nursing facility. She was on the kitchen staff. She had no interaction with residents or coworkers who were positive for COVID-19. On September 7, 2021, she tested positive for COVID-19 during a rapid test at her worksite.
