At 4:00 p.m. on October 19, 2020, an employee who worked as Vocational Health Nu rse at a Telehealth Message Center was hospitalized with COVID-19. The employee worked full time in the center before her hospitalized. The date, time and othe r details leading up to exposure are not indicated in the narrative. The employe e wore a face covering while working in her cubicle, but the employer was found to not have an effective COVID-19 Prevention Program in place.
