At 5:00 a.m. on July 25, 2020, an employee was loading and setting up a new meta l coil on stamping machine when he was struck by a forklift, fell to ground, and pinned his right foot under the base of the forklift. The employee was hospital ized to treat an amputation of his right leg just below the his knee.
