Employee Burns Leg When Clothing Catches On Fire

At 9:30 a.m. on June 15, 2019, an employee had just completed replacing an oxyge n block in a port when the employee's left pant leg caught on fire. When the emp loyee attempted to extinguish fire the with his left hand, his shirt sleeve also caught on fire. The employee was hospitalized with second and third degree burn s on his lower leg.
