Employee Cutting Wood Is Struck By Blade, Amputates Fingers

At 8:00 a.m. on May 7, 2019, an employee used a 10" Tilting Arbor Saw to cut the plywood. He was not provided a push stick to feed the wood into the saw. While cutting the wood he struck his hand on the saw blade. He amputated three fingers , requiring hospitalization.
