At 2:15 p.m. on February 19, 2019, an employee was getting ready to clean a tank er truck that had contained toulene and climbed to a platform to access its dome lid. The employee was found lying across the open dome lid and was unresponsiv e. The employee was transported via ambulance to St Joseph Medical Center and was admitted for treatment for respiratory failure and cardiac arrest.
