On September 29, 2018, an employee was working for a regional cooperative group of supermarkets. He was working in a storage racking system. He was removing pro ducts from pallets. He stepped on a pallet on the third tier of the racking plat form and fell off the edge. He sustained a laceration to his head. He was hospit alized.
