Employee is caught in chiller and fractures arm

At 1:45 a.m. on September 2, 2017, an employee had begun the process of draining a large chiller in preparations for sanitation work. The employee reached into the chiller while it was still in operation to retrieve a chicken from the bottom of the chiller. One of the paddles in the chiller caught the employees right arm between the tank wall and paddle, lacerating and fracturing his right arm.
