Employee'S Finger Is Amputated By Saw In Tenoner Machine

At 2:00 a.m. on June 14, 2017, an employee was feeding 4' long cedar fence board s into a Challoner 1000 series Tenoner machine. A board tipped over and the empl oyee attempted to tip it back into position by reaching into machine. His left p inky finger touched the running saw blade, amputating the finger below the first distal joint.
