At 12:15 p.m. on May 18, 2017, an employee was cleaning a large industrial mixin g bowl and reached down to pick up some kraft paper from the floor. The employe e placed her hand on a rail and the wheel of the mixing bowl hit her left hand. The employee amputated her pinky finger from her left hand.
