Employee Loses Balance, Falls On Conveyor Belt And Is Injure

At approximately 1:30 a.m. on February 18, 2017, an employee was hosing down a c onveyor belt with water. The employee lost his balance in a crouched position an d fell forward toward the conveyor belt. The employees hand and arm were caught in conveyor belt. The employee suffered fracture radius, ulnar and humerous bon es of his right arm and was hospitalized.
