Employee Injured When Finger Caught By Table Saw Blade
Employee #1, an assembler, was operating a table saw to cut a 0.75-inch piece of wood lengthwise. His hand slipped and his finger contacted the unguarded saw blade. Employee #1's finger was amputated, but he was not hospitalized.
