Abstract: FLAMMABLE VAPORS WERE EMITTED WHEN EMPLOYEES WERE PULLING A DRILL STEM TEST. THE VAPORS WERE IGNITED BY AN UNKNOWN SOURCE, CAUSING THE RIG TO CATCH FIRE AND BURNING EMPLOYEES #1 AND #2.
