Abstract: On October 2, 2002, Employee #1 of Lister Drywall Construction was working in the living room of a custom built home construction site. He climbed a metal A-Frame ladder, placed on a flat wood surface in order to perform finishing sanding on drywall. He was standing on the middle rungs of the ladder. While working on the ladder, Employee #1 apparently grabbed a ledge and shifted his weight towards the wall. The ladder kicked away from the feet of Employee #1, and he fell. The employee sustained a concussion, which later required brain surgery to stop internal bleeding. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
