Abstract: At approximately 1:40 p.m. on February 25, 2002, Employee #1, working for Halton Construction as a stone setter, was injured when an abrasive disc from a disc grinder fragmented and a large piece of the abrasive wheel entered the employees' right leg. Employee #1 was hospitalized with severe lacerations and loss of part of his calf muscle.
