Abstract: At approximately 1:00 p.m. on February 27, 2013, an employee was cutting half-inch holes on top of a pre-existing retaining wall with a drill machine, Model Number DR-401 for the purpose of installing guardrail cables. The drill machine jammed causing recoil, which knocked off employee, who fell 81 inches down. The employee was transported to San Antonio Hospital in Upland, California, where he was treated for unspecified fracture. The employee was hospitalized for seven days.
