Abstract: At approximately 12:00 p.m. on January 3, 2007. an employee of K.C. Construction suffered a serious injury, when the ladder he was working on tipped over. The employee accidentally pulled the trigger and struck his jaw with an activated nail gun. The employee was transported to Twin City Hospital and was treated for fractured face in hospital for about 26 hours.
