Abstract: On April 25, 2006, Employee #1 was supervising the installation of a mezzanine steel deck for a new cinematic commercial building. He fell approximately 15 feet from the edge of the mezzanine steel decking to the ground. He sustained a compound fracture to his left wrist. A coworker assisted him and called the fire department paramedics. Employee #1 was taken to Holy Cross Medical Hospital, where he was hospitalized for his injuries.
