Abstract: At about 12:10 p.m. on September 29, 2004, Employee #1, a carpenter/stacker with WestCor Construction, was on a top plate in a two-story residence under construction. While attempting to place the first truss (a doubler), the wind caused the truss to move. Employee #1 lost his balance and fell over 19 ft to the ground. He was airlifted to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, where he was hospitalized for a concussion.
