Abstract: On October 31, 2001, Employee #1, a brick/stonemason, was unloading boxes from an elevated pallet in the back of a truck approximately 7-feet above ground. While unloading, Employee #1 lost his balance and fell over the side rails of the truck, landing on the ground. Employee #1 fractured and lacerated the right side of his skull and bruised the right side of his ribs. Employee #1 was hospitalized for one night at Baltimore Shock Trauma Center.
