Abstract: On February 15, 2002, Employee #1 was injured on a construction job site when he fell 15 ft from a steel beam. Employee #1 was an experienced steel erector and was walking across a steel beam to pick up a plastic bucket of erection bolts. When Employee #1 went to pick up the bucket, he lost his footing and fell to the ground floor fracturing both ankles and his wrist. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
