Abstract: Employee #1 was changing an electric motor on a ventilation system. Employee #1 had a rag wedged between the pulley drive and the belt assembly to keep the system from moving. The wind blew back through the air ducking and caused the squirrel cage to turn. This caused the belt and drive-motor to move, catching and breaking Employee #1's fingers. Employee #1 was treated for his injuries but not hospitalized.
