Abstract: On November 30, 2003, an employee had climbed a tree to cut off a large limb, which had been secured with a rope. When he cut through the limb, it swung downward onto a nearby overhead power line, making contact with the power line and transferring about 20,000 volts of electricity through the employee's body and killing him.
