Abstract: At approximately 1:10 p.m. on March 10, 1995, at Stage #2 of MGM Studios, Employee #1, a construction prop maker for "Mulholland Falls," was feeding a 1 ft by 3 ft board through a table saw. When the board contacted the tip of the saw blade, it jumped and drew Employee #1's ring finger across the blade. The finger was amputated at the first joint. The company's first aid supervisor recovered the finger and treated the employee on site. Employee #1 was transported to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and released the same day.
