Abstract: At approximately 5:20 p.m. on December 8, 1991, Employee #1 was nailing plastic sheets over open sections of a roof, and over bay windows, to protect the interior of a home from rainfall. The bones in his lower leg and foot were shattered, and he was hospitalized. According to the supervisor, Employee #1 had been on the job for 3 days and knew about spotting the ceiling to fix leaks after the rain.
