Abstract: Sometime between 7:35 a.m. and 12:45 p.m. on August 5, 2023, Employee #1 was down for an unknown period of time. The last phone call was taken at 7:35 a.m., and the next phone call that was missed was at 12:45 p.m. The employee was directed to work and perform various tasks from interior work, roofing, framing, etc. The employee was last heard at 7:35 a.m. and wasn't found until approximately 4:00 p.m. Per the coroner, the employee died of a medical condition and not as a result of any trauma or workplace injury.
