Abstract: At 10:00 a.m. on November 14, 2019, Employee #1 was installing interior walls, ceilings and doors inside a newly commercially constructed building. Employee #1 was framing a wall on a ladder and accidentally fell from the third rung of the ladder and struck his head on the concrete landing below. Employee #1 then sustained fatal injuries and was killed.
