Abstract: At 8:15 a.m. on June 14, 2019, Employee #1, employed by a framing construction contractor, was working at the site of a new residence. He was working from the top plate and installing mono trusses for the roof. The employee fell and struck the gravel surface, a fall height of 10.8 feet. The employee was transported to the hospital and admitted for treatment of fractures to both wrists.
